Dr. Bili Gowda
Founded by Dr. Bili Gowda, our journey began in the early 1980s when he worked as a supplier in the food industry. In 1986, driven by passion and a deep understanding of Karnataka’s culinary traditions, he established Bili Gowda Catering as a sole proprietorship. What started as a humble venture has now grown into one of Karnataka’s most respected non-vegetarian and traditional vegetarian catering services.
Over the decades, we’ve proudly served over 10,000 customers, including some of Karnataka’s most prominent personalities such as Dr. Ambarish, Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar, Dr. S. M. Krishna, Shri Siddaramaiah, D. K. Shivakumar, and many other well-known public figures. Our commitment to quality, hospitality, and authentic flavors has made us the preferred choice for weddings, political events, religious functions, and large-scale celebrations.

ನಮ್ಮ ಬಗ್ಗೆ – ಬಿಳಿಗೌಡ ಕೇಟರಿಂಗ್
ಡಾ. ಬಿಳಿಗೌಡ ಅವರ ದಿಟ್ಟ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಆಹಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುವ ಅಪಾರ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ 1980ರ ದಶಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಪ್ಲೈಯರ್ ಆಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗಲೇ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಉದ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಅನುಭವದಿಂದ ಪ್ರೇರಿತಾಗಿ, ಅವರು 1986 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಂತವಾಗಿ “ಬಿಳಿಗೌಡ ಕೇಟರಿಂಗ್” ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಉದ್ಯಮವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದರು. ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಣ್ಣ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಂಭವಾದ ಈ ಸೇವೆ ಇಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಾರ್ಹ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಶಾಕಾಹಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಂಸಾಹಾರಿ ಕೇಟರಿಂಗ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿದೆ.
ಇಂದುವರೆಗೆ 10,000ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ, ಡಾ. ಅಂಬರೀಶ್, ಡಾ. ಪುನೀತ್ ರಾಜ್‌ಕುಮಾರ್, ಡಾ. ಎಸ್. ಎಂ. ಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಡಿ. ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಹಲವು ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಹ ಬಿಳಿಗೌಡ ಕೇಟರಿಂಗ್ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ಸಂಗತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಶೇಷತೆ ಎಂದರೆ, ಪ್ರತಿ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನೂ ತಾಮ್ರದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ (ಕಾಪರ್ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ) ಶಿಸ್ತಿನಿಂದ ರಂಧಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಆಹಾರದ ರುಚಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ಸ್ವಾದ ಎರಡೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ವಿಧಾನವು ಆಹಾರದ ಮಸಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೀವ್ರತೆಯನ್ನುಂಟುಮಾಡಿ ನಿಜವಾದ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಸೊಗಡನ್ನು ತರುತ್ತದೆ.
